Benefit Posiebalm

6.07.2014

Benefit have seriously upped their game lately.

I have been a huge fan of their recent releases. You cannot go wrong with They're Real Mascara, Porefessional or the Big Easy BB cream. Their packaging has to be my favourite out of the higher end brands and the products have a lovely quality about them.
The one thing I felt benefit were lacking in were great lip products. They have excelled with their Mascaras, Blushes and Skincare, so it was about time they realised a new lip product into their range. I really enjoy using their Posie Tint lip and cheek stain, especially in the summer when I want a natural flush that isn't going to fade during the hot days. Posietint is a beautiful lip tint, so when I heard they were creating a balm spin off front the tint range I was immediately intrigued. So intrigued  in fact, I went out and brought one the day they were launched. Eager? I know, but I wanted to try this out as soon as I heard they were launching them.

Posiebalm is a beautiful poppy pink tinted lip balm that adds a lovely, natural sheen to the lips. It is very hydrating, which is perfect for me as I have very dry and chapped lips most of the time. The combination of the pink tint with the mango butter makes me a very happy lady! As you would expect from a balm it isn't very pigmented, but gives your lips that 'your lips but better' sheen to them. The poppy pink tint is perfect for every day wear. My lips are naturally redder in colour so adding a soft pink tint brightens my complexion.  As its a balm it applies within seconds and is quick and easy to touch up during the day. I throw this in my hand bag and re-apply it when my lips feel like they need a little TLC.

With a range of colours, this is one to add to your collection. Its simple, fuss free and the prettiest lip balm you will ever own.

  6. Very pretty. I saw this in their freestanding store the other day but passed it up because I haven't tried any of their lip/cheek stains so I was wary, but after reading a few reviews on their new lip products I may pick one up and try one for myself!

Great post, and I love the photos!
